Jim, the gentleman who did the repair, was cordial… Read more I woke up this morning to the garage door not opening. I called Baker Door at 9:00 AM and they were here at 11:30. Apparently, I had a broken spring. Jim, the gentleman who did the repair, was cordial and very professional. The job was completed within one hour. Price was fair. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

She was able to calm me… Read more I went into a panic earlier today because I realized that my garage door wasn't locked and I couldn't figure out how to fix anything. So I called and spoke with Jane. She was able to calm me down and walk me through how to fix my door, so not only is it locked but the button is working again to make it go up and down. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. Thank goodness. I don't know how I would have slept tonight. Jane, you're an angel!

From watching Brian trek through a blizzard to install the keypad in our new home 20 years ago to our most recent installation of a replacement opener in July 2025, we have had numerous service calls (multiple doors: usually broken springs) and Baker Door continues to earn our business and our trust. Have referred them to others over the years including our son just a couple of weeks ago and will continue to refer them in the future.
