From watching Brian trek through a blizzard to install the keypad in our new home 20 years ago to our most recent installation of a replacement opener in July 2025, we have had numerous service calls (multiple doors: usually broken springs) and Baker Door continues to earn our business and our trust. Have referred them to others over the years including our son just a couple of weeks ago and will continue to refer them in the future.

On very short notice, Baker Door was able to send a tech out on the day of settlement to repair a garage door opener for a new homebuyer, and really saved the day for me and my clients!

The estimator was professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services. The installers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up everything even the doors after install. Doors had a few blemishes, installers did not have the color paint on their truck, so office sent someone out with it. Great customer service. Thank you.
