They called and scheduled an appointment the next day. My tech Brian showed up within 15 min of appointment time, had the part on the truck, fixed, lubed and was gone in an hour. Despite the 20 degree temps and the bad snowstorm yesterday, he was able to make it to my house within a few hours of me calling. Doug was very professional and fixed my door without needing any replacement parts. All work was done in about an hour. I thought my door was hopeless but he fixed it to work like new. Great service at a reasonable rate.
