Doug was very… Read more Just had Doug from Baker Door fix my broken garage door. Despite the 20 degree temps and the bad snowstorm yesterday, he was able to make it to my house within a few hours of me calling. Doug was very professional and fixed my door without needing any replacement parts. All work was done in about an hour. I thought my door was hopeless but he fixed it to work like new. Great service at a reasonable rate.

Apparently, I had a broken spring. Jim, the gentleman who did the repair, was cordial and very professional. The job was completed within one hour. Price was fair. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

She was able to calm me… Read more I went into a panic earlier today because I realized that my garage door wasn't locked and I couldn't figure out how to fix anything. So I called and spoke with Jane. She was able to calm me down and walk me through how to fix my door, so not only is it locked but the button is working again to make it go up and down. She was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what my problem was and how to fix it. Thank goodness. I don't know how I would have slept tonight. Jane, you're an angel!
