So I called and spoke with Jane. She was able to calm me down and walk me through how to fix my door, so not only is it locked but the button is working again to make it go up and down. From watching Brian trek through a blizzard to install the keypad in our new home 20 years ago to our most recent installation of a replacement opener in July 2025, we have had numerous service calls (multiple doors: usually broken springs) and Baker Door continues to earn our business and our trust.
