I am deaf and this was a great service. They answered my request Monday morning and a great technician came by that afternoon and took care of it. He was very good and had it fixed in no time. Since I am scheduled to have surgery on Tuesday I wanted to get it fixed as soon as possible so my wife could use it at night.
