Very grateful and highly recommend Baker Door as they performed an emergency repair on a Saturday afternoon, arrived in less than 1 hr and repaired quickly and at a very reasonable rate. Two other companies had said they could not come same day. Adam arrived just when he said he would, he was very professional and explained what he had done to repair. They will be my 1st call in the future if I need a garage door anything!

I was unable to get my garage door to lock or even work so I called and was able to speak with Jane. She was able to walk me through exactly what I needed to do. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and just an all-around happy person! My door is now working fine and it's locked again.

Last night I had the unfortunate luck of my garage door going bananas on me, thought about calling someone to come out but managed to get it closed so I waited until this morning to avoid after hours charges. Called Baker Door Co. this morning around 0830 and at 1 PM Brian showed up at my doorstep ready to tackle my issue. He was very communicative and professional, he listened to my concerns and I explained how the issue came to be. Within the hour this gentleman had my door up and running and he explained the weak points in my system. He recommended certain items that could ease the operation of my door and opener so we will be calling back for that in the near future. Very professional and pricing was amongst the best I was quoted for labor times. Will definitely call again if any other issues arise and will be doing their recommended upgrades.
